CALEB INITIATIVE PROGRAMMES AND EVENTS
This is targeted towards the secondary schools students. It focuses only on students occupying leadership positions like the prefects and the Class Captains. This is aim at empowering the students with Leadership skills.
Topics like Leadership, Personal self development/ Time Management, Laws of Academics Success, writing a personal mission statement,Youth and National Development are taken during the training.
This holds monthly. Where Youths in Ikotun, a suburb in Lagos state and environs come together to discuss topical issues National interest concerning the community and the Nation at large. A book review session also takes place during the meeting to encourage the youths to read. The forum creates a platform where youths are challenged to make change, promote change and embrace change. This is aimed at creating a Positive Attitude reorientation towards change to create an enabling environment for National Development.
The meeting is also used as avenue to discover and empower facilitators for the Project CALEB Program in Schools.
ARISE O COMPATRIOTS YOUTH SUMMIT
This holds every October 1st to mark the National Independence. This is aim at challenging Youths towards National development and National Transformation. The Summit Focus is on empowering Nigerian youth to develop a New Mentality for a National Rebirth. The first edition was held on October 1st 2008with the theme New Spirit, New Thinking, New Nigeria.
Among the speakers is a representative from LEAP AFRICA, the naija junction 2025 movie was viewed and the free CDs were given out to participants. The programme was supported by LEAP, Light Sanctuary and Design Structure Nig Ltd.
